A LEGEND OF MARATHON MOUNTAIN BIKING

Founded in 1988, the Transvésubienne is one of Europe’s most legendary and renowned marathon mountain-bike events. In the heart of the Alpes-Maritimes and Nice hinterland, it crosses magnificent landscapes of peaks, forests and valleys, with exceptional views.

Known as one of the toughest races in the world, it has built its reputation on demanding, technical and committing courses that test every rider’s fitness and bike-handling skills.

With its 82 km Ultra, a true challenge for experienced riders, and its 62 km Explorer, more accessible but every bit as spectacular, everyone can experience the event at the right level.

Additional batteries are transported by the organisation. Three battery-change stations: Lantosque (26 km / +950 m), Ginestes Inférieur (38 km / +1,520 m) and Levens (52 km / +2,150 m).

ROQUEBILLIÈRE → NICE

62 KM · +2,150 M · −2,650 M

Experience the adventure without taking on the full distance. E-bike limit: 1,200 Wh, with battery changes at Ginestes Inférieur and Levens.

SOLO OR DUO

TOGETHER, WE GO FURTHER

Alone we go faster; together we go further!

Stay together all the way to the finish and compete for the Duo victory. The team time is based on the last teammate to cross the line, with a solidarity time penalty added if the team does not finish together.

Each rider is also ranked individually in the overall standings.

This category is open only to non-electric Ultra riders starting from La Colmiane.

Full Program

CUT-OFF TIMES

Any rider arriving after the cut-off time will be withdrawn from the event, including participants in the Rando Vésubienne. Detailed times will be announced shortly.

Final finish cut-off in Nice: 7:00 pm.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE EVENT

After the cut-off, the number plate will be crossed out, a waiver must be signed, and a sweep vehicle may be offered to take the rider to the finish.

All battery solutions, including extenders, are permitted within the authorised maximum capacity:

E-Ultra: 1,800 Wh maximum, ±10% tolerance, additional batteries transported, with 3 battery-change stations.
E-Explorer: 1,200 Wh maximum, ±10% tolerance, additional batteries transported, with 2 battery-change stations.
